We will be hosting an Applicant Workshop on October 15 at 10 AM. Click here to RSVP.
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND applicants compose their responses in a Word document and then copy and paste in this form. You can find all application questions in the Call for Community Partners Guide.
We also recommend you open the Great Streets Challenge Mapping Tool as you respond to Section 2 of this application. You can find instructions on how to use this tool in Appendix 3 of the Call for Community Partners Guide.
